The cars are not rigged properly in the public domain, all the cars are properly rigged for you.

Blueprints functionality is added and the cars are drivable

Car shaders/ Material instances are provided and you can also change the color and other properties

The asset has two types of hover vehicle system

The system can be used on your on static meshes/ any static meshes
