Not only that but there are just over 28 prefabs to get you started and also give you ideas to help create bigger asset as well as Parallax Occlusion based floor material to help simulate a 3D effect on the floor.

UPDATE – For UE 4.25+ the lighting can appear bright this is easily solved by going to Project settings and Unticking “Auto Exposure” and setting “Auto Exposure Bias” to 0
