Lasting time of the effects can be changed in the inspector. There are handy options on the script to quickly adjust the behavior and lighting effects. Technical details Make sure Visual Effect Graph package from Unity Registry is imported in your project. After imported the Asset Store package, please select HDRP or URP package inside SoftKitty/BuffVFX base on the render pipeline of your project.
